Cancellation & Refund Policy

This product is a downloadable digital product. Because digital content can be accessed or downloaded immediately after delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download/access link has been sent.

Before Delivery

If you contact us before the digital product/access link has been delivered, we may be able to review a cancellation request where applicable.

Technical or Delivery Problems

If you paid successfully but did not receive the access email, or if the delivered file/link has a genuine technical problem, contact us at shopliving6@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a working delivery or other suitable resolution.

Refund Requests

Any exception to the no-refund rule will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable consumer/payment laws.
